Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only
Practical Embroidery sells digital products only. We do not ship physical items, so there are no shipping costs, no customs duties and no delivery times for parcels.
How you receive your files
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive:
- an order confirmation email with a download link; and
- immediate access to your files through the link on the order confirmation page.
Delivery is usually instant. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at tatjana@practicalembroidery.eu with your order number.
Download requirements
Files are in PDF format and can be opened on any device with a PDF reader (computer, tablet or smartphone). Please download and save your files soon after purchase. If your download link expires or stops working, contact us and we will send you the files again.
Availability
Our products are available worldwide. No physical shipping is involved, and all products are delivered electronically.
