Refund Policy

Practical Embroidery sells digital products only (PDF patterns, tutorials and guides). No physical goods are shipped.
Digital products and right of withdrawal
Our products are delivered as digital content, available for download immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law) once the download or access has begun. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
When we will issue a refund
We will gladly refund or replace your purchase if:
- the file is defective, corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to fix the problem;
- the product you received is different from the one you ordered;
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you have not downloaded or accessed the product and contact us within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund or help
Email us at tatjana@practicalembroidery.eu with your order number and a short description of the problem. We usually reply within 2 business days. If you have trouble downloading your files, please contact us first, and we will send you the files again.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund on your account.
Sale items and gift cards
Sale items and gift cards are covered by this policy in the same way as other digital products.
